📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with retail fuel and convenience store operators throughout the assigned territory • Serve as a trusted advisor helping customers improve store appearance, operations, and overall retail execution • Conduct site visits and provide recommendations to improve customer experience and operational performance • Identify opportunities to increase retailer sales, profitability, and customer loyalty • Conduct branded image reviews and site assessments • Ensure retail locations maintain brand standards and compliance requirements • Support merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives • Promote supplier marketing programs, loyalty initiatives, and credit card programs • Provide guidance on retail best practices and market trends • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and supplier partners • Track retailer progress against objectives and action plans • Maintain accurate territory records and reporting • Ensure deadlines and project objectives are achieved • Conduct periodic site reviews and facility assessments • Assist retailers with brand requirements and operating standards • Support compliance with company, supplier, and regulatory guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail operations, customer service, account management, or territory support • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Strong organizational and time management skills • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory • Convenience store, fuel retail, restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience preferred • Experience working directly with customers in a field-based role preferred • Knowledge of retail merchandising, promotions, customer experience, or brand standards preferred • Experience supporting independently owned businesses preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
