📋 Description

• Answer incoming phone calls and process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions • Analyze and process non-routine and complex new business and service transactions, including 'not in good order' items • Make outbound calls as required • Ensure service activities are performed quickly, accurately, cost-effectively, and in compliance with internal and regulatory standards • Support development of policies and procedures and quality assessments • Provide services as part of a brokerage operations functional team • Assist members, field professionals, and team members; manage workflow and provide functional coverage • Maintain understanding of brokerage operations products, services, affiliated NFS and Thrivent systems, and applicable procedures • Build and maintain professional relationships with field professionals, clearing firm, and internal business units • Analyze, approve, and provide timely service while meeting service-level timeframes • Provide detailed, accurate, and timely communications about account operational status • Achieve or exceed department quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school education • 1–2 years of related experience • Strong written and communication skills • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and applicable financial reporting tools • Ability to work day and/or evening shifts according to volume forecasts
