📋 Description

• Lead and manage the development team to deliver projects on time and according to requirements • Plan, prioritize, and distribute development tasks • Develop, customize, and maintain PHP websites and web applications • Develop and manage WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and integrations • Develop and manage Shopify stores, including theme customization, app integrations, and performance optimization • Develop, customize, and maintain Magento e-commerce websites • Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code • Review code and enforce development best practices and coding standards • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, performance, security, and functionality issues • Optimize websites for speed, performance, responsiveness, and scalability • Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, project managers, and other teams • Conduct technical planning and provide development estimates and timelines • Monitor project progress and identify technical risks or blockers • Ensure websites work responsively across browsers and devices • Manage website migrations, integrations, API connections, and third-party tools • Maintain website security, backups, updates, and overall technical health • Stay updated with web technologies, development frameworks, AI tools, and industry best practices • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth

🎯 Requirements

• At least one prior work experience with a marketing company • 5+ years of professional experience working in a marketing company in Full-Stack/Web Development • 6 years of WordPress development experience required • 6 years of PHP, Shopify, and Magento development experience required • Strong hands-on experience with PHP, WordPress, Shopify, and Magento • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS • Experience developing/customizing WordPress themes and plugins • Experience with WordPress APIs, integrations, troubleshooting, security, and performance optimization • Experience with Shopify store development, theme customization, apps, integrations, APIs, e-commerce functionality, and optimization • Hands-on Magento development and customization experience, including themes, extensions, integrations, troubleshooting, e-commerce architecture, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of backend development and database integration • Good understanding of responsive web design • Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams • Ability to review code and maintain development standards • Strong task management and prioritization skills • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide solutions • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Good understanding of website performance, security, and optimization • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
