• Own and drive adoption of the release management process across all Digital Product teams • Manage end-to-end release management from feature intake through post-launch review across SAT Suite, AP, CLEP, ACCUPLACER, and Bluebook releases • Define and continuously improve release management standards, documentation, release notes, and communications • Develop and maintain the integrated release calendar, surfacing dependencies, risks, and capacity constraints • Coordinate release readiness with Product, Technology, go-to-market, Learning, Enablement & Readiness, and leadership teams • Use release and launch metrics to identify coaching and process-improvement opportunities • Own and manage platform User Acceptance Testing across Digital Product • Set UAT standards, plan and execute UAT, coordinate issue triage, and obtain final sign-off before launch • Track and communicate UAT status, open issues, and resolution timelines • Serve as the quality gate between development and launch for user, performance, and accessibility standards • Participate in quarterly planning to resolve dependencies involving release sequencing, UAT scheduling, and delivery timelines • Maintain release calendars, UAT schedules, and release-readiness trackers as sources of truth • Provide leadership with narrative-synthesized visibility into delivery progress, release health, and risks • Recommend, implement, and evaluate process improvements • Own the annual capitalized software reporting process with Finance
• 5+ years of experience in product operations or product management within a digital product or SaaS environment, focused on delivery and release management • Experience leading or contributing to change management efforts and helping teams adopt new ways of working • Experience defining tooling and evolving processes in ambiguous, newly established environments • Demonstrated experience owning release management and UAT processes across multiple concurrent product teams • Deep familiarity with Agile delivery practices and product management tooling • Track record of improving how teams use product management tools • Ability to lead through influence rather than authority and earn trust and buy-in • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Technology, Design, and go-to-market leads • Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Ability to design simple processes that teams follow • Ability to travel 5–7 times a year to College Board offices or on College Board business • Passion for expanding educational and career opportunities and mission-driven work • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions • Willingness to learn and apply new digital tools independently and proactively • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Learner’s mindset and commitment to growth • Drive for impact and excellence, including data-informed decision-making • Collaborative and empathetic approach
