📋 Description

• Coordinate the recruitment, scheduling, travel and admission of research study participants • Distribute recruitment materials • Act as a liaison between participants, participants' relatives and staff members • Communicate participants' questions, complaints, problems and concerns to appropriate staff members • Explain policies and procedures to participants and refer them to appropriate staff • Collate, enter and maintain data collected on participants • Coordinate new patient referrals by obtaining pertinent information and forwarding it for review • Assist in preparing credentialing packages • Monitor workflow and administer and revise processes to maintain and improve operations • Mentor and train staff on patient recruitment and coordination processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder • Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or other related discipline • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing • Strong customer service focus • Knowledge of clinical protocols and medical terminology • Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities • Resourcefulness in problem solving • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to efficiently compose correspondence and prepare reports from raw data • Ability to design, set up and maintain electronic and paper filing systems • Experience scheduling patient appointments and/or travel arrangements • Experience maintaining patient records as it relates to patient care arrangements • Experience with travel arrangements • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • As a federal contractor, eligibility to work in the United States is verified through E-Verify
