📋 Description

• Assist with production of impact reports, one-pagers, presentations, briefs, newsletters, campaign materials, and announcements • Support proofreading, layout, version control, formatting, and quality assurance workflows • Translate draft narratives, data points, and insights into accessible visuals and layouts • Collect and organize stories, quotes, photos, and examples of program impact • Create and schedule social media posts, graphics, and captions • Support updates to team and agency websites, including program and professional development pages • Build visuals and layouts using Canva Enterprise and Google Slides • Maintain organized folders, templates, and communication assets • Collaborate with the Coordinator, Storytelling & Communications and broader team • Participate in team meetings, check-ins, and learning opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment) in communications, design, education, public policy, marketing, or a related field • Entry-level experience or strong interest in storytelling, communications, or design; nonprofit experience a plus • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established guidelines and feedback • Familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, and Google Docs; experience with visual storytelling a plus • Clear written communication skills and comfort supporting content drafts • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a support and execution-focused role • Ability to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively within a team structure
