📋 Description

• Use proven digital marketing and communication systems to generate and manage interest • Connect with people who have requested additional information • Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals and assess alignment • Share clear, relevant information about leadership and personal development programs and the professional model • Develop relationships through thoughtful communication and consistent follow-up • Manage marketing communications, prospect engagement, and CRM activity • Work independently within an established, step-by-step process • Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of professional experience • Background in communications, marketing, business development, consulting, client relationships, leadership, or a related professional field • Confident communication and ability to build professional relationships • Understanding of strategic messaging and moving conversations forward • Comfortable using digital marketing, CRM, and communication tools • Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through • Ability to work independently and take ownership of activity and results • Open to following an established process and applying shared best practices • Values continued leadership, personal, and professional development • Driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter • Open to an independent, performance-based structure rather than a fixed salary • Must reside in the United States or Canada; applicants in other locations may be considered based on eligibility • Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required
