📋 Description

• Lead annual End-of-Year verification and ongoing data review processes • Coordinate issue resolution and identify opportunities to improve data quality • Support consistent implementation of data standards, reporting guidance, and verification practices across the CIS network • Lead operational coordination and data readiness activities for annual reporting, data publications, and strategic reporting initiatives • Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for data operations, verification, training, resource development, support, and stewardship • Establish team priorities, workflows, service standards, and performance expectations • Drive adoption of the CISDM platform through training, documentation, office hours, onboarding, and user support • Lead development and growth of the CIS Connect virtual community • Lead Help Desk operations and use feedback, adoption metrics, and operational trends to improve support and user experience • Serve as liaison between users, program teams, and platform leadership • Translate operational needs and user feedback into system enhancements and process improvements • Partner with product and technology teams on testing, validation, release readiness, and new functionality implementation • Coordinate data requests, reporting questions, and recurring support needs • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes • Participate in organization-wide initiatives and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, Education, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8–10 years of experience in data quality, data stewardship, program operations, user enablement, training and technical assistance, customer success, reporting and analytics, or related fields • 3–5 years of experience leading high-performing teams, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and staff development • Demonstrated success leading complex operational initiatives and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders • Experience overseeing data validation, reconciliation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to translate business needs into operational and technical solutions, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience working with a network of affiliates or distributed organizations • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and collaborative, learning-oriented cultures • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (preferred) • Experience using SQL to extract and analyze data (preferred) • Experience supporting enterprise systems, user adoption, or change management initiatives (preferred) • Travel up to 25% may be required, including domestic United States travel with occasional overnight stays
