📋 Description
• Lead performance monitoring initiatives across the fleet.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in solar asset management, commercial operations, or energy infrastructure. • Experience within an IPP, renewable developer, or DG solar platform strongly preferred. • Strong familiarity with solar monitoring platforms (e.g., AlsoEnergy or equivalent). • Experience reviewing O&M agreements and understanding commercial contract structures. • Strong understanding of financial models (P50/P90 production assumptions, revenue modeling). • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, EPC, O&M, Engineering). • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
