📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing recruiting guidance and insights that help improve recruitment effectiveness. • Establish clear expectations, maintain consistent communication, and drive successful hiring outcomes. • Proactively monitor recruiting activity, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure hiring success. • Create engaging job postings and identify appropriate recruitment channels. • Conduct candidate screenings and manage follow-up activities throughout the hiring process. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional and timely communication. • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to provide recruitment coverage where needed and ensure continuity of service. • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting a variety of departments and hiring teams based on evolving organizational priorities and coverage needs.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience). • At least one year of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
