📋 Description

• Lead implementation, optimization, and adoption of business processes, systems, and workflows for the Church & Influencer team • Drive fundraising excellence through process improvement, change management, workflow design, project coordination, and business systems enablement • Represent Church & Influencer business requirements across cross-functional initiatives • Oversee day-to-day intake and request management systems after implementation • Support intake, prioritization, and readiness reviews for IT requests • Map end-to-end fundraising workflows and ensure cross-functional procedural alignment • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and unclear processes • Initiate, oversee, and manage end-to-end process improvements • Coordinate or support rollout plans and change management for evolving processes, products, resources, and tools • Coordinate internal Church & Influencer projects and maintain an overarching project repository • Create or oversee SOPs, playbooks, process documentation, training materials, and job aids

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading business process improvement, business operations, business systems, sales operations, fundraising operations, or related functions • Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing complex end-to-end business processes and workflows • Experience with stakeholder alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM preferred • Experience leveraging technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, business outcomes, and user adoption preferred • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives • Ability to gather and translate business requirements • Ability to identify process impacts and drive scalable solutions • Exceptional analytical, project coordination, communication, and change management skills • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels • Fundraising or sales environment experience strongly preferred • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred • Agile certification preferred • Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and uphold Compassion’s ministry values • Abide by Compassion’s child protection expectations and Code of Conduct
