📋 Description

• Develop structured outlines prior to drafting • Write comprehensive, SEO-optimized city landing pages focused on “Living In” and “Moving To” keywords • Produce “Best Neighborhoods” overview articles • Create individual deep-dive neighborhood profiles • Create evergreen “must-do” bucket-list content • Conduct traditional and AI-assisted research • Cross-reference local publications, reviews, and established sources • Fact-check all data thoroughly • Identify enduring attractions versus temporary trends • Ensure content depth supports strong engagement time • Incorporate SEO best practices and search-intent alignment • Maintain third-party editorial neutrality and avoid realtor influence or steering • Participate in strategy discussions as needed • Conduct short interviews for local quotes • Produce 40 articles for Middle and East Tennessee

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in structured/outline-driven writing • Experience in destination, travel, relocation, or lifestyle content • SEO strategy and search intent expertise • Strong research and fact-checking methodology • Ability to distinguish evergreen institutions from short-term trends • Familiarity with AI-assisted research tools (hybrid workflow acceptable) • Ability to write with minimal editorial oversight • Experience writing high-engagement long-form content • Must be based in or have strong local familiarity with Middle or East Tennessee • Preferred: Experience developing content funnels, familiarity with real estate or relocation-related content ecosystems, and experience incorporating quoted sources/interviews
