📋 Description

• Engineer, build, configure, and maintain OFR Windows, cloud, virtualization, and storage systems • Administer Active Directory/Entra ID, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, permissions, and identity systems in hybrid environments • Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business • Manage and optimize VxRail/VMware/Horizon virtualization platforms, including virtual machine configuration, performance, availability, and disaster recovery • Maintain physical and virtual servers, monitor performance, perform updates and backups, and manage security patches • Deploy and administer Windows systems using PowerShell, scripting, and automation • Manage desktop and laptop deployment and Windows device patching, packages, deployment, and reporting • Create system diagrams, configuration records, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and system-performance or project-status reports • Conduct integration testing, transition, acceptance, and training from engineering to production • Coordinate system-interface activities with contractors and government organizations • Collaborate with IT staff, departments, and vendors to resolve technical issues; guide and mentor junior IT and helpdesk personnel • Participate in IT planning and strategy sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience in an Active Directory environment • Experience in a Microsoft 365 hybrid environment (on-premises/M365) • Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting • Expert Active Directory/Entra ID administration in a hybrid environment • Experience with Okta installation, configuration, and migrations • Certificate lifecycle management experience • Expert Microsoft 365 administration • VxRail, VMware, and Horizon management and administration experience • Windows systems administration using PowerShell, scripting, and automation • Experience with ManageEngine tools (ADManager, ADAudit, AD360) • Windows Server deployment in AWS cloud and VMware virtualized environments • Experience with documentation, system diagrams, and SOP development • Experience conducting integration testing, transition, acceptance, and training • Ability to coordinate activities at system interface boundaries with contractors and government organizations • Must be a US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident • Public Trust High (Tier 4/BI) risk-level clearance requirement • Microsoft, VMware, and Okta certifications are preferred • BeyondTrust/Bomgar experience is a plus • Windows Server 2019/2022 experience is preferred • Intune or other MDM solution experience is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
