📋 Description

• Coordinate with Security Operations to establish and transition ad hoc work into embedded roles • Manage vendors, ad hoc services, employees, and embedded services working with Concentric clients • Serve as primary liaison among Concentric, vendors, employees, and clients • Provide guidance, mentoring, performance feedback, and administrative support • Recruit, onboard, and hire vendors and embedded employees • Approve timecards, invoices, and expense reports • Provide supervisory oversight and collaborate with Embedded Programs Management, Security Operations, HR, Recruiting, and Finance • Identify and place embedded employees in client programs; assist with screening and candidate selection • Conduct employee check-ins, advocate for employee needs, and escalate issues • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including evaluations and performance improvement plans • Manage relationships with client managers • Design and draft proposals, including budgets • Find, vet, and train security resources • Provide in-person management and direct Executive Protection support for complex operations • Provide direct billable consultative and security services to global clients • Represent the business in California, Nevada, and Arizona for client requests and business development • Manage Security Operations staff coordinators • Oversee and develop GSOC operations and scheduling • Provide administrative support including reconciliation, AP/AR assistance, calendar management, project tracking, and updates to Security Operations management • Lead internal initiatives and develop protective-operations policies, procedures, processes, and escalation protocols • Maintain communication regarding client needs, support requests, service issues, and deliverables • Ensure client deliverables and quality standards are met • Communicate identified risks to clients • Identify process and resource gaps and develop methodologies to address them • Oversee quality control and training for employees, embedded staff, and contracted security assets • Maintain a local Security License to provide armed and unarmed security work

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in California, Nevada, or Arizona • Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship • 5+ years of supervisory experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience • At least 10 years of experience in the protective security industry, law enforcement, or similar government service • Experience developing and delivering protective protocols and measures at the organizational level • Experience working with contract staff and employees to provide comprehensive protective services • Experience partnering with a cross-functional team to deliver protective services • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and inspire a growth mindset • Proficiency with Google Suite and Monday.com • Candidate must be eligible to obtain a California BSIS Armed Guard Card and CA CCW; CA BSIS Armed Guard Card eligibility is required regardless of state of residence • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
