📋 Description

• Administer and secure AWS and hybrid cloud environments supporting client projects • Implement and maintain security controls across CI/CD pipelines • Support RMF activities, including control implementation, assessment support, and ATO sustainment • Configure and maintain STIG-compliant systems • Integrate and manage SAST, DAST, container scanning, and dependency scanning tools in DevSecOps pipelines • Monitor system security posture using continuous monitoring, log aggregation, and alerting platforms • Conduct vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and security reporting • Implement SAST, DAST, and SCA tools in CI/CD pipelines • Ensure cloud systems meet RMF/NIST 800-53 standards and support ATO documentation • Perform automated cybersecurity testing and manage STIG compliance using ACAS scan evaluations • Develop automation scripts for patching, configuration management, and evidence collection • Provision, configure, and maintain federal cloud infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation • Maintain secure cloud, virtualized, and hybrid configurations for availability and resilience • Collaborate with development, DevSecOps, and cloud engineering teams to embed security into design and deployment workflows • Maintain security plans, SSPs, POA&Ms, and configuration baselines • Support incident response, including investigation, containment, and corrective actions • Collaborate with agile software teams to remediate application risks • Manage CSP security tools, including AWS Security Hub and Azure Defender • Troubleshoot cloud application performance and security issues • Apply security patches and manage IAVAs

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen • Must be able to obtain a Tier-3 Secret Clearance • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Master's degree preferred • 5–7 years in Cloud Engineering/Admin or Cybersecurity • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS • Experience securing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps environments • Experience with Kubernetes/Docker containerization • Experience with Jenkins and GitLab CI • Experience with AWS/Azure services • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform • Familiarity with federal cybersecurity mandates, including RMF and STIGs • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes security practices • Experience with vulnerability scanning and security tools such as Nessus, Fortify, SonarQube, and Anchore
