📋 Description

• Provide daily revenue management support and strategy to assigned hotels to maximize market share and profitability • Use revenue management systems and reports, including One Yield, MarketVision, and OnQ, to analyze pricing, inventory, and demand patterns • Review market data daily and communicate updates to hotel leadership and sales teams • Prepare and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and pacing reports and present findings in revenue meetings • Monitor economic trends and airport traffic impacting hotel demand • Develop displacement models for large group programs and guide hotels on Ecommerce strategies • Analyze booking data, brand promotions, and RFP processes to optimize sales opportunities • Track occupancy, ADR, REVPAR, and other key performance metrics and provide corrective support for underperforming hotels • Support company meetings and training and maintain relationships with hotel and corporate teams • Ensure accurate revenue reporting, group data integrity, and special event calendar updates • Travel periodically to hotel markets for relationship-building and market analysis • Inspire team members, support their development, and lead with integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of direct revenue management experience • Marriott revenue management experience • Ability to manage multiple hotel assets • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Proficiency in revenue management tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel periodically to hotel markets • Hilton experience desirable
