📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted guide for beneficiaries navigating sensitive life transitions • Answer questions, offer reassurance, and explain available options with care and clarity • Manage a consistent volume of inbound calls • Provide resolutions and communicate important information • Navigate multiple systems during beneficiary interactions • Perform back-office duties such as processing claims, filing paperwork, and other administrative tasks • Maintain empathy, communication, and professionalism during emotionally charged interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience • Experience supporting employee benefits or working in a benefits call center • Background in health and welfare benefits or similar support roles preferred • Empathy and emotional intelligence when engaging with others • Keyboarding and Microsoft Office proficiency • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems efficiently • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain focus in emotionally charged situations • High school diploma or GED • Successful completion of a background check and drug test • Education and previous employment verification, with proof potentially required • Must reside in a state where Conduent’s compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations • Not currently hiring in AK, CT, CA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MT, NJ, NY, OR, or WA, or in listed metro areas
