📋 Description

• Open national title orders • Assist with setting up new clients • Provide daily reporting of new national title orders • Work with internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and receiving feedback • Maintain open communication with internal staff, clients, management, and management companies • Serve as a contact for client escalation issues • Assist with implementation of new clients • Report new orders and communicate turnaround times with the business unit • Address inquiries and feedback professionally and in a timely manner • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • 1+ years’ experience in administrative work and customer service • Knowledge of real estate, title insurance industry, and vendor management • Proven customer service skills • Advanced computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft software products • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work in multiple systems simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to quickly learn new skills, processes, and procedures • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00–4:00
