📋 Description

• Answer beneficiaries’ questions and provide reassurance and guidance through available options • Manage a consistent volume of inbound calls and provide resolutions • Communicate important information while navigating multiple systems • Perform back-office duties such as processing claims, filing paperwork, and other administrative tasks • Maintain empathy, communication, and professionalism when supporting people during sensitive life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience • Experience supporting employee benefits or working in a benefits call center • Background in health and welfare benefits or similar support roles preferred • Keyboarding and Microsoft Office proficiency • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and solve problems efficiently • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain focus in emotionally charged situations • High school diploma or GED • Successful completion of a background check and drug test • Education and previous employment verification, with proof if requested • Must reside in an eligible US state or municipality under applicable wage regulations
