📋 Description

• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes and workflows • Extract, transform, and load data from source systems into the data warehouse • Create and maintain ETL documentation, including data mappings, transformation rules, and data lineage • Monitor ETL performance and data quality • Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related problems • Perform data profiling and quality checks • Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes • Identify and correct data anomalies • Stay current with ETL best practices and emerging technologies • Recommend process improvements • Mentor junior ETL developers • Define and implement data security and access controls within ETL processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years in a senior ETL Developer role • Strong proficiency in Informatica, Talend, or Apache NiFi • In-depth knowledge of SQL and database technologies, including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data integration best practices • Knowledge of data quality and data governance principles • Familiarity with AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory is a plus • Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data and optimize ETL processes for performance • TMSIS knowledge would be a plus • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer or Informatica Certification are advantageous • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
