📋 Description

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls • Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction • Complete classroom training during Week 1 and supported call handling during Weeks 2–3

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Proficient in English • Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently • Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting • Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday • Secure wired high-speed internet connection with verified speed of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi not permitted • Dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and quiet, distraction-free environment • Complete a mandatory 3-week paid training program • Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses
