📋 Description

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies • Facilitate communication among internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders • Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking • Coordinate change management activities and maintain project documentation and reporting • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders • Lead project meetings and remove barriers to project success • Conduct post-project reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities • PMP certification preferred • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certification preferred • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment preferred • Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies preferred • Experience presenting project updates to senior leadership preferred
