📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with benefit-related inquiries • Provide clear explanations of healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions • Meet performance, quality, and attendance standards • Follow all company policies and procedures • Support customers in understanding employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong typing and keyboarding skills • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems • Strong problem-solving skills • High school diploma, GED, or college degree • Experience with healthcare or employer benefits (highly preferred) • Ability to successfully complete a paid training program • Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms • Must be able to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Must reside in an eligible US state or municipality where the compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations
