📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls • Answer questions regarding kits sent to beneficiaries • Walk beneficiaries through forms required to commence benefits • Check stop and reissuing cases • Manage inboxes • Collaborate with the team • Assist participants and beneficiaries with benefit-related inquiries • Guide participants and beneficiaries through the benefits process • Navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years or older • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test • Must have strong organization skills • Must have excellent time management skills • Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately • Must pass an internet speed test: download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, and ping equal to or less than 175 ms • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Must reside in a state where the compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations • Not currently hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or listed metro areas
