📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers • Process service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents • Answer questions about existing insurance policy coverages and benefits • Make changes to existing insurance policies • Retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation • Manage customer needs for Jerry's insurance products and carrier partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Passion for helping others • Must reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this hourly role • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license is not required at hiring; the company will pay for the license after starting
