📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of scalable business solutions for general and client-specific needs • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for business strategy and solution design • Collaborate with technical teams using knowledge of technology platforms and systems • Engage in high-level negotiations and build trusted stakeholder relationships • Interpret complex business challenges and recommend best practices for continuous improvement • Support solution implementation while aligning delivery with budget, timeline, and customer expectations • Apply advanced analytical thinking to guide strategic decision-making and promote a data-driven culture • Drive change and innovation by understanding organizational dynamics and interdepartmental workflows • Develop strategies for new offerings based on client needs • Assess customer requirements and develop solutions leveraging company strengths • Ensure services, procedures, and practices comply with industry standards and regulations • Work with sales, practice, and delivery managers to establish capabilities and solution strategy • Ensure effective use and application of resources • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience • Proven experience in business architecture, solution development, or product strategy roles • Strong financial acumen • Experience working with large data sets and complex numerical analysis • Technological literacy and ability to understand and communicate IT-related language, including systems, APIs, compute, network, storage, and security architecture • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and negotiation • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across various functions • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations preferred • Familiarity with data visualization, business modeling, and digital transformation tools preferred • Insight into market trends, customer needs, and industry regulations preferred
