📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls through blended call queues in a timely manner • Provide one-call resolution by asking pertinent questions to understand customers’ concerns • Maintain up-to-date support knowledge through offered training • Accurately document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances • Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on program requirements • Support child support customers across multiple states while delivering exceptional customer service

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 100% attendance in the first 90 days • 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center Experience • Ability to submit to and pass a background check • Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes • Ability to sit for long periods of time • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft 365, AVAYA phone systems, and other miscellaneous programs (preferred qualification) • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state or municipality where the compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations • Not currently hiring in AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY, Puerto Rico, or listed restricted metro areas
