📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements • Analyze current-state processes and recommend future-state solutions using Microsoft Power Platform • Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and configuration specifications • Liaise between business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders • Configure and maintain Microsoft Power applications and customer-facing portals • Set up web pages, forms, lists, templates, navigation menus, and content structures • Configure portal authentication, user access management, web roles, table permissions, and security • Configure branding, themes, and portal navigation components • Configure Dataverse tables, columns, relationships, forms, and views • Define business rules and validation logic using no-code and low-code capabilities • Support data migration, cleansing, and quality improvement initiatives • Maintain data governance standards and security configurations • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data models and application performance • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities • Configure Power Automate workflows, notifications, approvals, and process orchestration • Validate workflow functionality against business requirements • Develop test scenarios and business test cases • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders • Validate implemented solutions and track defects, enhancement requests, and resolutions • Support production deployment and post-deployment validation • Conduct solution demonstrations and stakeholder reviews • Prepare business process documentation and user guides • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer workshops • Support change management, user adoption, functional support, and issue resolution • Follow governance standards and organizational policies • Support security, compliance, and audit requirements • Maintain configuration documentation and solution inventories • Participate in governance reviews and platform enhancement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Power Platform Specialist • 3+ years of experience working with Healthcare Providers, Health Services, or Government Healthcare programs (MMIS or similar) • Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Power Pages and Power Apps solutions with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Pages, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Experience documenting business requirements and process flows • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of provider lifecycle management, including onboarding and enrollment, credentialing and re-credentialing, provider directory management, provider data maintenance, network participation management, and provider attestation and compliance • Experience gathering and documenting requirements from provider operations, provider relations, network management, and credentialing teams • Familiarity with provider-facing self-service portals and digital engagement platforms • Experience designing or configuring online provider workflows, including registration, profile updates, document submission, status tracking, and appeals and inquiry management • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy, and security requirements, including HIPAA and PHI handling practices • Experience supporting provider-related business processes through workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives • Preferred: experience in customer portals, self-service applications, or citizen-facing solutions • Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID authentication and role-based security • Preferred: understanding of portal accessibility and user experience best practices • Preferred: exposure to Azure services and API integrations • Preferred: prior experience in regulated or enterprise environments • Preferred certifications: PL-200, PL-900, PL-100, and PL-600 • Ability to work remotely in the United States
