📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients’ customers • Answer questions concerning customer accounts • Help customers resolve account issues while providing exceptional customer service • Identify customer needs, answer questions, and resolve problems related to SSL, servers, and relational databases • Perform routine call center activities concerning business products and services • Use provided tools to guide customer conversations • Provide important information in a warm, empathetic manner • Gather information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date • Use computer knowledge to provide exceptional customer service

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or visa sponsorship • At least 6 months of customer service work experience • Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher • Knowledge of desktop and portable devices • Knowledge of relational databases, SSL, and/or servers • Wired internet service; no Wi-Fi or satellite • Download speed of 10 Mbps or higher • Upload speed of 3 Mbps or higher • Ping results lower than 175 ms • Secured workspace with a door separating the employee from the rest of the home
