📋 Description

• Collect on delinquent accounts utilizing CONMED’s standard collection procedures and follow up processes • Prioritize accounts to effectively reduce past dues of assigned portfolio • Determine issues and barriers for payment through interpersonal communication • Communicate via telephone and email with CONMED customers and employees • Resolve customer disputes by researching, collaborating, and completing necessary documentation • Escalate accounts not responding to collection efforts to management • Process customer payments • Maintain diligent account notes for each assigned account • Utilize Microsoft Office programs to analyze data and create collection activity documents • Manage team mailboxes • Learn and become proficient in new systems • Build customer relationships and keep past dues from aging beyond 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 2-3 years of Collections/Accounts Receivable experience • Experience in Oracle, ManMan, GetPaid systems • Proficient in Excel • This position is not eligible for employer based visa sponsorship • Travel 0-20%
