📋 Description

• Handle outbound and inbound calls • Collect on past-due accounts • Provide top-tier support and service to customers • Complete five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM • Work full-time weekday shifts between 9:00AM-8:00PM • Work required Saturday shifts from 6:30AM-3:00PM • Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after applying

🎯 Requirements

• Customer Service and prior collections experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously • Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Must be 18 years or older • Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT • Must have a designated home-based workspace that is quiet and free from distractions • Must have a wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds; wireless, DSL, and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with the systems • 100% attendance required during five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training
