📋 Description

• Make outbound and inbound calls • Collect on accounts that are past due • Provide top-tier support and service to customers • Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after submitting the application • Attend five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training • Work available weekday shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with required Saturday shifts • Use multiple software applications/screens simultaneously in a home-based call-center environment

🎯 Requirements

• Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously • Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Must be 18 years or older • Must be located within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX • Must have a designated home-based workspace that is quiet and free from distractions • Must have a wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds; wireless, DSL, and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible • Full-time mandatory virtual training for 5 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with 100% attendance required • Saturdays required: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM • Verified Spanish fluency qualifies for a 5% hourly pay increase
