📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' therapy needs • Use clinical judgment to develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders • Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses • Engage with patients' families through regular communication and updates on their child's goals • Collaborate with therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses to develop holistic treatment plans • Maintain comprehensive documentation reflecting care provided and communicating treatment-plan changes to the healthcare team • Participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a valid, active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas • Current BLS/CPR License • Reliable transportation • Valid driver's license • Automotive insurance • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
