📋 Description

• Provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Deliver exceptional client care using neurodiversity-affirming approaches • Provide therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT • Build and manage a client caseload through referred clients • Design a work schedule between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week • Participate in regular peer consultation, specialized training, monthly case conferences, and weekly clinical community drop-ins • Work alongside clinicians in a supportive clinical community • Focus on clinical care while Prosper manages administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack) • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required • Full-time candidates must provide 25+ hours of weekly availability and build a caseload of 25+ clients • Part-time candidates must provide 15+ hours of weekly availability and build a caseload of 15+ clients
