📋 Description

• Provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Provide exceptional client care while Prosper manages administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition • Design a work schedule around personal needs and work-life balance • Build a caseload through steady client referrals • Provide affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community • Participate in peer consultation, specialized training, monthly case conferences, and weekly clinical community drop-ins

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms including Zoom, EHR, and Slack • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required
