📋 Description

• Provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Deliver specialized, neurodiversity-affirming mental health services • Provide exceptional client care while Prosper manages administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition • Build and manage a caseload through client referrals • Set a schedule accommodating personal needs and work-life balance • Participate in peer consultation, specialized training, monthly case conferences, and weekly clinical community drop-ins • Provide sessions under a fee-for-service model

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms, including Zoom, EHR, and Slack • Excellent communication skills • Commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required • Massachusetts licensure implied by the role title and required licensed-professional qualifications
