📋 Description

• Provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Provide exceptional client care while Prosper manages administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition • Set a personal work schedule seven days a week between 7am and 10pm • Build a caseload of 25+ clients in the full-time benefits-eligible position • Build a caseload of 15+ clients in the part-time position • Participate in peer consultation, specialized training, monthly case conferences, and weekly clinical community drop-ins • Deliver neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered mental health services

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms, including Zoom, EHR, and Slack • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required • Full-time position requires 25+ hours of weekly availability • Part-time position requires 15+ hours of weekly availability
