📋 Description

• Provide technical support for Connect America Personal Emergency Response Devices • Provide immediate support to subscribers • Follow specific protocols for technical assistance • Facilitate installation and troubleshooting with subscribers and service providers • Maintain regular attendance according to scheduling needs • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including clean and pressed business wear when working • Maintain working knowledge of the call handling system, reporting, protocols, and associated training • Comply with Connect America's standards and regulations • Comply with HIPAA confidentiality regulations and standards • Fulfill scheduled shifts promptly and come prepared for shift responsibilities • Complete assigned side work • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors, shift leaders, managers, or the leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays, with varying schedules • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time • Must be able to work long hours when required • Must maintain accurate and efficient data entry in fast-paced situations • Effective listening, understanding, and clarification of concerns raised by team members, subscribers, installers, and callers • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly, orally and in writing • Ability to quickly and accurately evaluate and select among alternative courses of action • High School Diploma required • Excellent computer skills • Customer service skills • 2+ years call center experience preferred • Background checks required • Bilingual Spanish, Russian, or Chinese preferred
