📋 Description

• Prospect 60 or more potential customers daily to secure new buying accounts/logos • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with decision-makers within prospect companies • Uncover organizational pain points and potential investment areas • Provide solutions and ask for customers’ business • Engage Connection subject matter experts in customer conversations to provide technical expertise • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a best-in-class customer experience with every deal • Balance available tools to dive deeper and create personalized, value-added messages • Participate in cold-calling activities with training and support

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • 1–2 years of practical experience with B2B sales preferred • Prior cold-calling experience helpful • Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers • Outstanding communication, listening, customer service, patience, and relationship-building skills • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Ability to exchange information and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations • Excellent negotiation skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
