📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers about their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs • Work remotely after beginning paid training • Complete 16 weeks of training for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires • Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Use provided computer equipment and maintain department work-at-home requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance License required; training provided if not currently licensed • Must reside in one of the specified eligible states • Must remain in the resident state for at least one year before relocating • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must meet work-at-home requirements: professional workspace/room, dedicated desk, and wired high-speed internet • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
