📋 Description

• Partner with enterprise clients to understand business objectives, application portfolios, and technology strategies • Design and architect cloud solutions leveraging Azure, AWS, GCP, hybrid cloud, and cloud-native technologies • Lead strategic discovery sessions and solution workshops with executive and technical stakeholders • Develop cloud modernization roadmaps aligned with business outcomes • Guide clients through large-scale cloud migrations, application modernization, DevOps adoption, and infrastructure transformation initiatives • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and optimized for long-term success • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT leaders and decision-makers • Support pre-sales engagements, solution positioning, and RFP responses • Mentor architects and contribute to the growth of Connection's Cloud Center of Excellence • Stay current on emerging cloud technologies, market trends, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, enterprise infrastructure, application modernization, or related technical consulting roles • Current cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud • Proven success leading complex cloud transformation and migration projects • Extensive experience in customer-facing, consultative technology roles • Ability to engage and influence senior IT executives and business leaders • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, automation, and governance • Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Experience in cloud security and governance, DevOps and CI/CD automation, Kubernetes and container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, serverless computing, API management, cloud-native application development, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, data and AI platforms, enterprise networking, and cloud connectivity highly valued • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Chef, or Puppet is a plus • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
