📋 Description

• Act as a dedicated consultative resource for Sales, Sales leadership, and customers focused on Microsoft Solutions up to an intermediate knowledge level • Provide recommendations that fit customer goals and refer complex scenarios to higher-level team members • Deliver industry-based insights focused on customer pain points and Microsoft modern solutions • Provide Microsoft Volume Licensing product, pricing, and program guidance • Position value-added managed and professional services to support customer transformation • Partner with POD SAs to identify and pipeline Advanced Technology Product opportunities • Manage inbound Xcelerate requests from Account Managers • Process contract amendments, Customer Information Worksheets, Contact Information Change Requests, supplemental Customer Price Sheet orders, Direct billing orders, Direct billing EA quoting, and customer online tenant additions • Work with Subscription Operations on scheduled billing cases, held or failed Microsoft CSP orders, product SKU creation, and related communications • Conduct online research on new product developments • Communicate with and train Account Managers using Microsoft sales and licensing resources • Stay current on programs, technical knowledge, market trends, and operational models • Complete Microsoft training through Get License Ready and Partner University • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendor resources and account teams • Execute outbound sales development activity for Connection or Microsoft campaigns • Meet quarterly goals and objectives specified by Microsoft Solutions Sales Leadership • Complete Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications within 12 months of hire • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Knowledge of the Microsoft lifecycle and renewals process • Familiarity with Microsoft Volume Licensing • Working knowledge of Microsoft solutions and programs, with ability to complete on-the-job training leading to certification • Proven sales, sales support, or similar experience with ability to negotiate and present solutions • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including ability to present complex information to customers • Comfort presenting to inside teams • Strong consultative skills • Ability to efficiently manage competing priorities • Superb communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofing professional business materials • Adaptability and ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities • Clear and professional written and oral communication • Interpersonal skills to work with all organizational levels • Ability to perceive others' feelings and motives quickly from subtle signals • Organizational skills to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules, and monitor performance against priorities and deadlines • Ability to learn new situations and skills with minimal direction or training • Must complete Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications within 12 months of hire
