📋 Description

• Communicate with healthcare providers and other parties to support member care and treatment needs • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment • Identify referral opportunities for additional products, services, and programs • Work independently while collaborating with a remote team • Support members and providers by coordinating care, assisting with treatment-related needs, and connecting members with additional programs and services

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong computer skills, including typing proficiency • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Must live within 45 minutes of 7034 Alamo Down’s Pkwy, San Antonio, TX • Must work within the state and city where currently living • Must have or be able to obtain a direct/hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 7 feet of the computer • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload • WiFi and satellite internet are not permitted • Quiet, secure, private designated home workspace compliant with CVS Health and HIPAA guidelines • Ability to provide own workspace furniture • Comfortable setting up and using multiple monitors and navigating multiple applications • Ability to communicate via email, calendar invites, Teams messaging, and virtual meetings • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications or similar Google Workspace applications • Ability to log in to secure systems such as VPN and EHR portals • Ability to follow computer security practices, including locking screens, managing strong passwords, and recognizing suspicious emails or links • Ability to resolve common technical issues independently and contact IT when needed • Openness to learning new skills as the workplace evolves • Preferred: 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare or medical setting
