It delivers state-aligned curriculum and virtual classroom experiences with certified teachers, personalized learning, and support for families serving as learning coaches. The program offers grade-level courses, college and career readiness, clubs and socialization opportunities, and technology support across multiple U. S. states.

📋 Description

• Virtually assist students and parents/learning coaches with course selection and scheduling • Serve as the initial contact for student concerns spanning multiple subject areas and non-academic issues • Advise students and families on academics, career planning, graduation, course selection, and four-year planning • Maintain knowledge of high school graduation and state credit requirements • Advise on course drops and schedule changes • Review transcripts and enter credits into the online transcript system • Obtain and forward student records • Implement programs addressing interpersonal adjustment issues • Help families access school and community resources • Participate in crisis prevention and management planning and serve on the Student Support Team • Coordinate teachers identifying at-risk or crisis students and communicate with affected students and families • Maintain each student's Personal Learning Plan • Support withdrawal processes and related data collection • Report and refer critical incidents and maintain compliance with incident-reporting requirements • Assist with mid-semester enrollments and appropriate handling of grades, credits, and evaluations • Coordinate with the Curriculum Team to meet state requirements • Implement Advanced Placement, SAT/ACT preparation, and college entrance preparation programs • Assist with high school testing, including exit exams, PSAT, SAT, ACT, and AP exams • Help students research post-secondary career and education options • Assist with college and job applications and educate families about admissions and financial aid • Support professional development for teachers and staff • Teach and grade as needed, including middle school elective courses • Coordinate high school graduation ceremonies • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Colorado teacher certification in a secondary content area or grade level • ELL experience preferred • Strong technology skills, especially with Microsoft Office products • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Customer-focused approach • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • High degree of flexibility • Team player with demonstrated leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events, potentially including overnight travel
