📋 Description

• Support client and Hub operations through complex analysis of client business processes and data • Understand existing logical and physical database designs supporting complex business processes and applications • Query and navigate multiple data domains using advanced SQL skills • Produce clean, comprehensive, and relevant data analysis findings • Collaborate with project team members and technical/database leads • Provide insights into data issues that drive business decisions and processing events • Generate standard and custom SQL reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data • Synthesize business intelligence and trend data to support recommendations • Identify, monitor, and analyze customer trends using Business Intelligence tools • Create and update databases, build complex SQL stored procedures, dashboards, systems, and process methods • Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status • Consult with customers or departments on project status, proposals, and technical issues • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Database Management, Data Analytics, or similar field • 3-5 years’ experience in an analytics role working with large data sets • 3+ years’ experience with Business Intelligence tool design, required • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences strongly preferred • Previous client facing role preferred • Expertise in data interpretation, forecasting, predictive modeling, and executive presentation • Advanced proficiency with SQL, SSRS, and Excel • Experience building dashboards and reports with PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker required • Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, Salesforce, or Python a plus • Proficiency working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle • Ability to build stored procedures and write complex queries using joins and subqueries • Ability to explain complex analytics to a non-technical audience • Ability to supervise and assign work to other analysts • Complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management skills • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision • Occasional travel to New Jersey, PA, or Pittsburgh offices • Adherence to company policies and compliance requirements including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA
