📋 Description

• Develop and refine data visualizations communicating outcomes, network performance, and user engagement trends • Create automated quality reports and network performance dashboards using Looker and other tools • Analyze user pathways, business outcomes, and provider/partner network dynamics • Conduct quantitative analyses supporting business strategies • Use SQL and Python to manage business and provider data • Collaborate with business, finance, marketing, engineering, and cross-functional teams on product development and provider network operations • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Present recommendations to senior leadership • Build and maintain documented, scalable data models, including with dbt, in the data warehouse • Optimize ETL/ELT data ingestion and ensure timely availability of high-quality data • Analyze agentic platform metrics including model accuracy, latency, conversation depth, and user adherence to behavioral protocols

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role; experience with healthcare data (patient outcomes, capacity planning, etc.) a plus • BA/BS in a quantitative field like statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience • Proficiency in SQL, python, and Excel / Google Sheets • Comfortable with statistics and data manipulation • Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau are essential • Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel • Experience with leveraging GenAI tools is a plus
