📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to define specific data reporting needs • Build custom data analytics and reporting solutions • Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies • Own business processes end-to-end • Lead identification and implementation of best practices • Understand, define, and expedite client requirements across ICF teams • Frame reporting solutions to meet client requirements and support efficient, scalable development • Provide input to data analysts and developers as client needs evolve • Create documentation materials and present findings during team meetings • Participate in occasional travel for scoping, local team deployments/trainings, and client presentations • Support utilities’ customer programs across the continental United States

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of experience in a business or data analyst role utilizing Excel expertise to ensure data integrity and report quality • 2+ years of experience with data visualization technologies, such as Power BI, including developing data visualization reports and dashboards • Ability to define, document, and lead implementation of business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives • Experience using software tools like SharePoint, JIRA, or similar systems • Experience maintaining and rapidly producing regular reporting deliverables for a variety of audiences • Experience with data-driven storytelling built using enhanced data presentment and data visualization techniques • Exposure to the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors • May be required to participate in periodic drug testing and background checks
