📋 Description

• Provide reporting solutions and analysis to senior management and stakeholders across the organization • Partner with cross-functional teams to present insights on business performance and financial and strategic planning • Support cross-functional teams with high attention to detail • Research, analyze, and document findings • Coach and review the work of other team members as needed • Implement, refine, and improve tools, reports, and procedures to optimize planning and forecasting processes • Monitor and interpret regular report results to identify business opportunities and leading indicators of risks • Advise the leadership team on appropriate actions • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators • Partner with company leaders to provide reporting, financial insights, leadership, and decision support • Participate in annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning • Drive operational and financial process improvements to ensure data integrity and maximize internal resources • Propagate the approved budget throughout the organization and explain issues as requested • Analyze financial impacts of strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area • Ability to adapt situationally and understand new technology/processes according to business requirements • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software • Excellent modeling and analytical skills • Solid accounting, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or equivalent business experience • 5+ years of relevant experience • Preferred: MBA or master's degree in a related field
