📋 Description

• Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including preparation of the annual budget and maintenance of rolling forecasts • Manage the invoicing process end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms • Analyze run rates, project costing, and margin performance • Prepare financial reporting packages and respond to ad hoc analysis requests • Lead a company-wide finance transformation initiative consolidating multiple systems into a single financial platform • Design and implement financial systems, controls, and standard operating procedures • Build scalable financial structures and reporting frameworks • Identify and drive process improvements across financial operations • Manage the financial relationship for a designated entity/group of clients, including billing, cost tracking, and reporting • Partner with operations and project teams on client engagements • Support project-based and on-site engagements requiring financial oversight, cost tracking, and reporting • Partner with other business units and support cross-selling initiatives • Serve as a key financial partner to senior leadership • Participate in leadership and planning discussions, providing financial analysis and recommendations • Support finance initiatives as the company's operations and footprint expand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in a finance management role • Experience ideally within real estate services, construction, facilities management, or a related project-based business • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing at a company or business-unit level • Experience designing or improving financial systems, processes, and controls • Comfort operating in a growth-stage, evolving environment with limited existing infrastructure • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present financial information to financial and non-financial stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Preferred: Experience leading or supporting financial system implementations or migrations • Preferred: CPA, CMA, or related certification • Preferred: Familiarity with construction, commissioning, or facilities management operations • Preferred: Experience supporting global or multi-entity finance operations
