📋 Description

• Use our blended learning model to train physicians, mid level providers, clinical staff and support staff in the use of Office Practicum’s electronic health records and practice management software. • Delivers training through various modalities: Instructor Led, Group Training, Remote, Onsite, Go live support, Webinar. • Perform workflow analyses and develop electronic based practice workflows during the implementation process. • Regularly plan and deliver education/training required for implementation of software solution for go-live. • Troubleshoot and communicate potential problems and issues at client sites to other members of the implementation team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred • 2-4 years experience training end users on EHR systems at client sites and remotely • Experience in ambulatory settings, preferably pediatrics • Experience developing Training Curriculum materials is a plus.
