📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking information about wireless plans and services • Use a consultative approach and discovery questions to understand customer needs • Recommend products and services tailored to customers’ budgets and lifestyles • Overcome objections by addressing concerns and highlighting Consumer Cellular’s value • Close sales and welcome customers to Consumer Cellular • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process • Maintain accurate records using CXOne and other internal tools • Operate with integrity by ensuring customer wants and needs are met • Collaborate as a team and contribute to a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience; 1 year preferred (inbound, outbound, or retail) • Experience closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas • Strong communication and active listening skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Proficient navigating a PC and web browsers • Ability to think on your feet, ask the right questions, and close sales • Self-starter with desire to succeed and grow within the company • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required • Must reside within 50 miles of the center • Must be authorized to work in the United States (implied by U.S.-based role; not explicitly stated)
