📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking information about wireless plans and services • Use a consultative approach and discovery questions to understand customer needs • Recommend tailored products and services based on customers' budgets and lifestyles • Overcome objections by addressing concerns and highlighting Consumer Cellular's value • Recognize when to close sales and welcome customers • Maintain accurate records using CXOne and other internal tools • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while operating with integrity • Collaborate as a team player in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience; 1 year preferred • Experience in inbound, outbound, or retail sales • Experience closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas • Strong communication and active listening skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Proficient in navigating a PC and web browsers • Ability to think on your feet, ask the right questions, and close sales • Self-starter with a desire to succeed and grow within the company • Must reside within 50 miles of the center • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
